Swimming or biking are very popular ways for girls to get exercise and get fit. They both require you to be out in the fresh air and have to look for hills and other places to try and burn calories.

But girls with young girls in the house should always start with good wholesome games like karate and kickball. The games mentioned above are for girls that are aged three and up. This age range covers many of the best exercises and activities that boys and girls love to do.

Girls should also learn to control their own emotions. There are many things that girls do with the anger that would make them angry. Boys should be learning to control their anger too.
