Next, lay face up on the bench with your lower back straight, then extend your arms out to your sides. Now, squat down and raise your barbell to your chest.

Last, let’s take a look at another variation of the medicine ball core exercise known as medicine ball Turkish twists. To do this exercise, you need two medicine balls, a bench press bench, a barbell, and some free weights. Next, lie face up on the bench with your lower back straight, then extend your arms out to your sides. Now, squat down and raise your barbell to your chest.
