Anxiety, stress, and competition led depression are real occurrences which cannot sweep under the proverbial carpet. We have been markedly oblivious, supposedly to the point of feigning, the existence of these silent killers. They are omnipresent and like the elephant in the room slowly and stealthily spreading its shadows over our healthy lives. To counter it action needs to be taken and now.

It can be infinitely exciting and with the correct methods and routine, enriching and fulfilling. Also, the misconception is that fitness would also mean expensive gym subscriptions. There are two basic needs to create a perfect fitness ambiance: Body Weight and Gravity. Combined, the two can work wonders. For advanced training one can always join a gym. However, the latest fad seems to be resistance training and science tells us that these are high impact and high return regimes. Hence, even without fancy equipment, the human body can be turned into steel and more importantly, fit.

With the advent of technology, fitness methodologies have changed. They have become more advanced and more focused. Diet has become an extremely part of this regime. Fitness practitioners, exhort the influence of a good diet and rightly so. The journey of a healthy and fit body begins from the kitchen.
